Sexteto Milonguero

Sexteto Milonguero was formed in 2006 with the simple desire to play the dance repertoire of tango, that which is usually heard in milongas, embracing different styles while still bringing a personal sound, a new and contemporary vision of the musicians that make up the Sexteto.

The only intention? … follow the path of those great orchestras of the 40s, and to not let the tango move away from from the barrios, the dancers, the masses, the milongas…

In 9 years, the Sexteto Milonguero, has played in milongas and festivals in Buenos Aires and several provinces of Argentina, has done 2 tours in Latin America and 10 tours in Europe covering over 20 countries. In addition, Canada Singapore and China.
